Apologies for the voiceover on this one, I'll make sure it's better on the next one.
Taught myself this one after he won a championship with the C’s. Still use it today. One of the best
Love the Rondo!
im going to implement this next workout!
Let me know how you like it!
Keep upload the new drill coach,i got motivate with that
Glad to hear it! I'll keep 'em coming.
Where did u get the wood floor base from??
Amazon, it’s meant to be a floor for kids to use for dance or other athletic activities in the house. Ball bounces just like a regular floor.
Yo thank you so much🎉
Love this one. Good amount of movement and game like.
Thanks, when going with some pace and a hard working rebounder a lot can be accomplished.
Thanks so much for this
Glad you benefitted from it!
I like content like this. Might make one of my own 😂
I’d watch!
I want more day in the life!! Cool to see
You got it‼️ Anything specific❓
Hey Coach, by chance do you have this entire break down? It looks like the drill extended Pass the video.
Yes sir, but it's inside of our Coaching Membership, www.coachsedge.coach Why don't you send me your email and I'll send the series over to you.
@CramerBasketball sounds good, I'll check it out.
Good stuff
Thanks man!
🏀
Bingo on point 5… are you practicing shots that you’re going to take in game?
NO DOUBT!
Awesome drill
Everybody’s a bucket
When I watch my shooting form, I still cover my face a lot with my shooting arm even when tilting my feet. Is this a flaw in my shooting or is it purely looks?
Great question. Do you feel like it is negatively affecting your shot? Based on your description, that doesn’t make me think flaw. Do you feel like your face is covered longer than it should?
@@CramerBasketball Thanks for replying. I don't have much of an issue shooting a high percentage wide open, however my follow thru pulling across my face makes the shot look awkward and hard to get off on the move. For a year, I have studied videos of my shot and compared it other players online and in person. Nobody seems to share this concern on their follow thru and they all seem to finish with their arm to the side of their head. This doesn't make sense to me as when I attempt to replicate it, my shot misses towards my shooting side.
I was at your camp today
Let’s go!!!
Hi coach Cramer it’s rocco
Remember to put the ball to your ear like coach did. Now watch the student/player keeps ot at his hip on the pivot. Remember ear to knee.
What is that cut😭😭😭
Pound it..🙂↕️🙂↔️☠️☠️
W
Great breakdown!! Simple, but extremely efficient counters
Appreciate the feedback. Yeah, Kobe was so smooth with these footwork moves!
You've hit me with every single one of these at least once!
In the same workout probably lol.
I love the reverse pivot
Yes sir!!! 🫡
John wooden loved this drill … I would add - player throwing pass back doesn’t extend arms in the throw -‘ technique is everything’ ..as the saying goes along with ‘ perfect form = perfect practice’ … thx for posting 🙏🏀
Coaching a carry on a simple jab step is wild
niceeeee ima try this with my sister
Love your videos-no BS, straight to the point. I'm using some of your input to incorporate into our youth training in Germany. I'll leave a like and sub to help with the algorithm
Appreciate it. Germany-really enjoyed my time playing over there back in the day! Good luck this season.
Great great drill. It’s fun , you sharpen all senses. Always looking up and not looking at the ball your dribbling. And you’re switching right to left from the impulse for hitting the ballon. Brilliant drill. Good job coach.
Tons of fun and many different variations. Win-Win-Win. Thank you!
Nice moves. Thanks for sharing 🙌
Thank you sir!
Rumor has it he’s still dribbling and hasn’t left the paint.
😂 definitely got a three second violation
thanks coach
👍👍
Pheww! Nice handles and drill💪😎
Thank you very much. Been working on it!
Btw I love everything you said in this video clip.
I appreciate that, thanks a lot.
Coach can you show a reel of your shooting drills where you are using pop up defenders or chairs and attacking the basket with dribble combinations before going into a shot? (Three to four dribbles max)
I have three shooting drills coming out next week on the channel, I think you'll like those. Variable Practice Drills: Catch & Shoot, Ball Screens and Dribble Moves.
The most underrated page 🔥🔥🔥thank you Coach!! Well needed!
Man, we are trying to touch on a lot of different aspects of the game with this channel, so thank you so much!
I'm 43 and just started getting back into basketball as my daughter made a travel team. Haven't played since senior year of college which was the last time I dunked. I'm the same height, 6'3" without shoes. I can still grab the rim but still need a few more inches to fully dunk. I want to dunk but am apprehensive about hurting my knees. I will try your approach and see how that goes.
My biggest advice would be to ramp up slowly, sounds like you are at a good place if you are still grabbing rim. Having access to different size basketballs and rim heights helps for sure. I'm trying to do more RPR, Reflexive Performance Reset before I workout, I think that helps the nerves fire as well.
Good job coach I do a lot of the same things w my players. This gave me a lot of validation
Keep up the good work.
Double dribble
you play like Marco Guduric and you look like him
I must be part Serbian because you are the second person to compare me to a Serbian Player. lol.
your mic got distorted from 6:52 to 7:03
Yeah, that was bad. The weird part was I don't remember hearing any issues when I went over the video before posting. 🤷♂️
@@CramerBasketball thats strange ? good video though and tips 💪
Bad ass man. On my own journey to dunk at 42 years old. I grabbing the rim so far. Hope my knees hold up.
Let's go!!! I always say, I'd rather wear out than rust out.
that's a beautiful oak tree! nice training regimen
Thank you sir!
Finish on that court looks amazing! Thank you for the tips here!
Yes, they did a nice job with it and thank you!
Also known as the inside step!
looks similar to hockey crossovers
